Invoice & Payment Policy

Invoices are due by the date listed on the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

0% Fee-free payment methods include cash, cashiers check, and ACH/bank transfer. Paypal, Venmo, and Cash App payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Online Website Payment Requests are subject to a 9.1% processing fee.

Sales tax will be applied only when required by applicable law. Additional charges, including travel, equipment, or other agreed-upon expenses, will be clearly listed on the invoice. Contact downtempbowl@gmail.com for questions regarding your invoice.

All deposits, retainers, and payments are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in your service agreement.

Zelle is not currently an option at the moment.
